» The remuneration policy:
In order to offer our clients the indispensable stability of maintenance engineering teams, Pentalog High Tech has chosen to remunerate its staff on the highest standards with the market (according to competence). Based on constant management control, the remuneration method undertaken by Pentalog High Tech allows its personnel to always have the best salar according to the results of the firm. Employees shareholders amoung others (14 %), its manager sees himself applying this method.

» The participation:
80 % of Pentalog High Tech staff are shareholders of the Holding Pentalog. The staff control 60 % of the capital of the company. This gives security and motivation to our team who in turn thrive to satisfy the client.

» The training :
In order to improve our performances, our teams are constantly trained. It's an essential point of the defence of our technological leadership. Also, the teams are integrated in the certification program of the company and are sustained by our partners.

» The recruitment policy :
Pentalog High Tech, is far from giving in into the year 2000 and the Euros illusions, has stuck to its recruitment methods which are BAC +4/5 (Master's level). The age average is 29 years.
