allows its 700 users to benefit from :
Content creation
and distribution services (pres release, small
advertisements).
Documents searching and management (for all pres
release, meetings' reports, articles…).
A directory for all the agents of the City Hall,
compatible with Activ Directory of Microsoft (intranet
network service) compatible.
E-mailing system having advanced functions in
filtering and displaying (example : users can
parameterized and filtered Head Office e-mails
displayed on the home page oh the Intranet portal,
or certain e-mails having a specific subject).
Date book for meetings, appointments planning,
also connected to Exchange by The Channel,
component of The Port.
Pentalog High
Tech insured the integration of the portal on
a Windows/Oracle plate-form.
Moreover, a technology transfer had been realized
between Pentalog and a software engineer of Orleans'
City Hall.
