Pentalog Technology,
the newly created joint-venture of Ausy and Pentalog,
located and Brasov (Romania) and offering offshore
R&D services is going to take on the whole
test bed for the solutions of the leader in the
field of Bluetooth communication devices: Parrot
(www.parrot.com).
Parrot holds 25% of the world wide market shares
and 50% in Europe. Until now no competitor has
reached the company's technological level. The
Parrot shares are quoted on Eurolist (Euronext)
under the title PARRO, ISIN FR0004038263.
Pentalog Technology Brasov will be in charge
of the industrialized testing of cellar equipment,
automotive and audio systems.
Parrot's dedicated team will soon reach a size
of 10 persons.
This is the first partnership taking shape as
a result of Pentalog Technology's efforts to provide
high-standard offshore and nearshore R&D services
to the industrial sector.
